Phyllis earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Services Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. In addition, she holds a Certificate in Business Management and has over 15 years experience in the field. Phyllis also serves on several non-profit charity committees throughout the community.
