Bart earned his Bachelors degrees in Economics and Marketing from Florida State University in 1985. Prior to joining the agency in January 2005, Bart was the Regional Marketing Representative for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, Inc. here in Tallahassee. He is a member of Northside Rotary and The Florida Health Underwriters Association.
